(Newbie)

On October 29, the pair was photographed holding hands on heren schoenen a roller coaster ride at Knott's Scary Farm, a Halloween event in Buena Park, California. They were accompanied by the aforementioned Kourtney Kardashian and Barker on the spooky outing (Davidson and Barker reportedly know each other through their mutual friend Machine Gun Kelly, who is dating Megan Fox. Still with me?).Kravis has had many a viral double date with MGK and Fox, and both celeb couples rarely hesitate to share PDA pics and objectively strange proclamations of love (like, the fact that MGK wears a vial of Fox's blood around his neck). Being around these two love struck couples is sure to rub off on Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson — I mean, how could it not?

Halloween is sadly behind us, and what better way to mark the end of spooky season than a recap of the best celebrity costumes to grace our social feeds?Joe Jonas, Sophie Turner and Olivia De Jonge showed us what dreams are made of with a Lizzie McGuire Movie moment, dressing up as Paolo Valisari, Isabella Parigi and Lizzie McGuire, respectively.Over at New York's Madison Square Garden, Harry Styles' two night concert Harryween was in full swing, and we can thank the Watermelon Sugar singer for se rving not one but two looks: Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz and what is likely the most chic clown costume we'll ever see.

"Hopefully this is part of the progression of society," she said, "now that the beauty of African features and hair is really being seen and not just pawned off immediately as unprofessional or ugly."It was always a part of my life. I remember even before first grade I was always drawing. When I was little in Jamaica my mom was a teaching assistant and when I was two or three she taught me how to write my na schoenen dames me and my numbers and I was obsessed. I always had a pencil in my hand, I was always doodling and drawing. Illustration has remained [into adulthood] my solace, and is a safe space for me.What was it like making art during the pandemic? It really saved me from going crazy. It saved me from falling into TikTok and Youtube rabbit holes. I had already seen everything on Netflix and I just felt an atrophy in my body and my mind. I needed to get out and do something.

But I also wanted to honour the history of tattooing because it connects us all in a way. Today we may be immersed in technology with our phones always in our hands but we still need human connection. To begin with tattoos were symbolism, whether it was your tribe, or religion or a rite of passage, it was a symbol that zwarte sneakers dames we were all part of humanity. I think these aesthetic expressions are important. What would you say you are most proud of from this entire process? Two things, first is highlighting the beauty of African and Black features and second is pushing myself as an artist and really honing my craft. I want to pat myself on the back, I learned that I have the ability to create and mold, a little like some of my heroes — but don't tell anybody I ever said that!

I loved the spin that Dan Levy and Jonathan Anderson took on David Wojnarowicz's work [which confronts homophobia] and how they made it into a statement about the LGBTQ+ community. Although there is still a fight for equality, it's just so beautiful to see it represented on a red carpet and the power of fashion. It's emotional for me because the text [on the purse] describes the artist's rough childhood, and it makes me reflect on growing up in the closet and going to Catholic school where I was bullied for being different and not knowing who I was.And although I rarely have people yelling slurs at me anymore, those moments have still stuck with me — it's almost like some kind of trauma that's been burned into my brain. So wearing this costume was kind of like my F–you back to everyone else.

How long did it take you to recreate the garment?I actually created this costume in two and a half days because I had just returned from my vacation in Calgary and only had a few days before I left for Montreal. There were quite a few all-nighters, but it honestly was the excitement of just getting it done and surprising my friends that kept me going. I didn't tell anyone what my costume was just in case I couldn't finish it!What materials did you use?I used whatever scrap materials and resources that I had, and it worked out really well. I found only one type of Atlas fabric downtown, so I picked that up, along with a $3 Ralph Lauren polo from wandelschoenen heren Value Village and then I integrated some fabric from an old bedsheet. I used the same Atlas print for the pants and cut out all the little islands. I created the water from different sequins and spandex scraps and just organically cut out shapes and machine sewed everything together. But I hand-stitched all the black sequins that outline the figures. It was super crazy, but there was no other way for me to do it. I love a good sequin, and I wasn't going to pass up an opportunity to have a little sparkle on my costume.
